• Health information: health history, diagnoses, medications, lab results, food logs, journal entries, goals. Collected through intake forms and program tools, only after you enroll.
• Payment details: billing name, card details. Collected at checkout and processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
• Program activity: messages, session notes, form responses, community posts. Collected during your program.
• Website and email data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, email opens and clicks, cookies. Collected when you visit our site or open our emails.
• Social media: comments, DMs, public profile info. Collected when you interact with @nutritioncass.
Health information is treated as confidential. You choose what to share, and we use it only to personalize your coaching. If you take part in lab testing, results are shared with us by [LAB PARTNER] with your consent.
How we use and share it

• GoHighLevel: website forms, email, CRM, scheduling, enrollment

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Community spaces: anything you post in The Still Her Collective or other group spaces is visible to other members. Please share only what you're comfortable sharing, and keep what others share there confidential.
Testimonials: we will only use your name, photo, words, or results publicly with your written permission.

• Delete your information (some records, like payment history, may be kept where the law requires)
